Delayed flight
You can notify Kong of a flight delay at any time. After the plane lands, Kong can wait up to 2 hours; longer waiting may incur an additional charge. Please agree any waiting charge directly with Kong.
Airport departure
Please leave your hotel 4 hours before your flight departs. Example: an 11:00 flight means hotel pickup at 07:00. Agree the pickup time with Kong. Child seats

Cancellation
